Available as a stand-up pouch or a collapsible bag, this valve bag uses four-side heat sealing, and the seal width can be set to suit your filling line. Corners are rounded to reduce sharp edges. For dispensing, choose a screw valve, a press-style tap, or a rotating spout with a dust cap; using a same-diameter spout makes filling and pouring easier. A top handle or hanging hole can be added, plus side loops if needed, so the pouch folds down small for outdoor carry and car storage.

Film structures commonly combine food-grade PE, PET, NY or foil laminates. The inner heat-seal layer is the one that contacts liquid, while the outer layer contributes stiffness and puncture resistance. Light-blocking or low-temperature versions can be selected according to the contents. Printing is 1-8 colour gravure, with artwork and colours confirmed from your sample or drawing; matt, gloss or selective unprinted effects are optional. Standard sizes span 5L to 10L, with options to go larger or smaller, and matching roll film in the same material is available.
