Our bag-in-box format pairs a flexible pouch with an outer carton. The pouch is built with four-side or centre seals and welded with a screw-cap spout valve; an integrated carry handle option helps end users lift and dispense after filling. The valve is heat-sealed to the pouch body for a stable seal, making the pack suitable for small and medium volumes of liquid foods such as coffee concentrate, beverage bases and syrups. Filled pouches fit neatly into cartons for tidy palletising and container-load shipment.
Pouches are typically produced from food-grade laminates such as PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/PE foil structures, with the barrier layer and inner sealing layer adjusted to suit the filling and shelf-life requirements of each product. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, and we accept customer artwork files or physical samples for accurate pattern reproduction. Standard volumes cover 2L, 3L, 5L, 8L and 10L, and matching roll film can be supplied in the same specification, so importers can source pouches and film together.
These packs serve coffee concentrate, tea drinks, fruit purée, syrups, sauces and other liquid food applications, and are widely used across foodservice supply chains and retail channels.
