Custom 1L–20L Pull-Tab Oil Valve Bag-in-Box for Concentrated Puree, Juice & Coffee

This BIB format pairs a food-grade laminated inner pouch with a corrugated outer carton. The pouch can be made with three- or four-side seals, giving flat, robust edges that help minimise leakage after filling. For dispensing, choose a pull-tab oil valve, butterfly valve or spout; the pull-tab oil valve offers press-controlled flow for busy restaurant kitchens. A top handle or hanging hole allows inverted storage, and the pouch is compatible with widely used stainless steel or plastic dispensers, making removal, installation and cleaning straightforward.

Pouch structures use multilayer laminates such as PET, NY, AL and PE, finished with a food-grade heat-seal inner layer. Depending on the contents, we can select oxygen-barrier, light-blocking or low-temperature configurations, while the aluminium foil layer helps extend the freshness of juices and purees. Printing is available in 1–8 colour gravure with sharp artwork and stable colour reproduction, in matt or gloss finishes. Standard capacities span 1L to 20L; film thickness and valve diameter are set around your filling equipment and transport requirements, and matching roll film can be supplied.

These packs are commonly used for bulk concentrated fruit puree, NFC juice, cold brew coffee, syrups, edible oils and sauces, serving restaurant chains, central kitchens, beverage factories and food processors. For custom work, send a sample pouch or artwork; once print plates, bag style, valve diameter and volume are confirmed, we proceed to sampling and production.
