Structurally, this valve pouch follows the stand-up format widely used in liquid flexible packaging and is formed with either three-side or four-side seals. The heat-sealed edges are smooth and strong, helping the filled bag stay upright instead of collapsing. A welded plastic valve or spout can be positioned at the top for smooth pouring; once closed, it limits drips, and the pouch withstands repeated squeezing without easy damage. This makes it a practical choice for drinks and liquid foods where controlled dispensing and reduced recontamination matter. Single-valve or multi-valve layouts are possible, and valve diameter, position and bag style can be aligned with your filling equipment.

The bag body is usually a lamination built around aluminum foil, combined with PET, NY, PE and similar films. The foil layer provides light blocking and barrier protection, while the food-grade inner sealant layer contributes pressure resistance and puncture resistance. Printing is available in 1-8 colour gravure, including full-colour backgrounds, gradients and spot colours, with crisp detail and reliable ink adhesion; matte and gloss surface finishes are also supported. Standard capacities span 100ml to 5L, with 1.5L and 3kg among the frequently requested options. Bag format, valve and dimensions are developed to order, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied alongside.

To customise, share a sample, drawing or specification; after the material structure and print artwork are confirmed, we issue a sample for approval and then proceed to bulk output.
