For bulk filling of cooking oil and drinking water, this aluminium foil bag-in-box can be produced with pouch dimensions adapted to each customer’s requirements. The carton and inner pouch are supplied as separate components, so an existing filling line can usually remain in use; changing format mainly involves adjusting pouch length and fitment diameter.

The pouch body uses a laminate of metallized film, pure aluminium and transparent material. Aluminium handles the light and oxygen barrier, while the clear layer keeps contents visible so fill level can be checked during filling and dispensing. Once formed, the pouch stays flexible and remains positioned inside the carton, and the film grade can be selected according to the contents.

Printing for this item is specified at 1–8 L, while capacity spans 1–200 L, allowing fill volume and panel layout to be confirmed together. Optional accessories include butterfly valves, oil valves, pointed-spout valves, tap valves and paper cartons. The minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs.
