Custom 1–200 L BIB Bag-in-Box with Tap | Transparent, Metallized & Pure Aluminium Liquid Packaging

This custom bag-in-box (BIB) is built with a tap at the spout and a transparent bag body option for liquids such as purified water, edible oil and red wine. The format spans 1–200 L, supports 1–8 colour printing, and has a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pcs.

A clear bag lets fill level and product clarity be checked directly, which benefits both the filling line and the end user. Metallized and pure aluminium structures are also available, so contents requiring light protection can switch to a metallized or pure aluminium build. When combined with a carton, the bag stands upright and remains stable. Water and oil place different demands on the bag: water depends heavily on sealing, while oil also requires stable performance during prolonged contact with the material.

Artwork can be printed in 1–8 colours. Water, oil and wine can share one bag format, with only the print design and valve changed. Accessories include a butterfly valve, tap valve, oil valve, pointed spout and carton. At a 10,000 pcs MOQ, separate artwork can be assigned to the same bag format so the water and oil product lines stay distinct.

Typical uses cover purified water, edible oil and red wine liquids, and the format also suits portioning of beverage concentrates and cleaning liquids. If a cleaning liquid contains active ingredients, its compatibility with the bag material is assessed separately during material selection.

Kody Packaging produces this item in Dongguan, Guangdong. Bag format and valve position can be confirmed from a customer-supplied reference bag. Production is scheduled after sample approval, and repeat orders keep the same bag format and valve parameters. Material and printing changes create price differences, settled against the sampling-approved item.
