This bag-in-box liner is made for 5 kg disinfectant and hand sanitiser fills, and it also suits 5 L red wine or jam. Once placed in an outer carton, the pouch stands upright; a butterfly valve or screw cap manages dispensing while the unused portion stays sealed.
The bag body combines metallized film with pure aluminium. The aluminium layer provides light, oxygen and moisture barrier protection, helping limit changes to the contents during storage. Flexible yet stable inside the carton, the pouch and its seals tolerate repeated opening and closing during dispensing.
Printing is available in 1–8 colours from customer artwork. Capacities span 1–20 L, with 5 L and 5 kg among the common options, and bag length can be selected to match the fill volume. The valve and carton are supplied with the pouch as a set. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
