This BIB bag-in-box uses a three-dimensional bag format and is designed to work with a carton or outer box, covering large-volume liquid storage, transport, and pouring. The bag can be formed by four-side seal or center seal, giving a flat side profile and even force distribution. Nozzle, butterfly valve, or quick-connect valve options support smooth liquid dispensing and make filling line operation and end-user access easier. Clear or translucent film allows quick liquid-level checks, while the overall look can be adapted to your project.
The bag body can be laminated from PE, PET, PA, foil, and other materials. A single-layer or multi-layer structure can be selected based on the liquid, helping balance barrier performance, puncture resistance, and seal strength. Printing is done with 1–8 colour gravure for sharp graphics and stable colour. Customization from samples or artwork is supported, and matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied. Standard capacities cover 100ml–5L, with bag shape, nozzle position, and valve specifications adjustable for filling and transport needs.
These packs fit lubricants, automotive care fluids, cleaning agents, food sauces, juice concentrates, and household/personal care liquids.
