Clear Dual-Valve Twin Pouch for Filling Concentrated Juice, Tomato Paste & Similar Ingredients

Engineered as a multi-compartment flexible pack, this dual-valve twin pouch creates two chambers in a single bag-making cycle. A reinforced centre seal separates them to prevent cross-mixing. Each chamber is fitted with its own valve or spout, allowing independent opening and pouring, or the filling of two different products in one pack. Strong four-side seals, a heat-welded valve base and leak-resistant construction help high-viscosity or particle-containing liquids dispense steadily during shipping, storage and final use.

Food-grade laminate options for the pouch body typically include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE and PET/VMPET/PE. Oxygen-barrier, light-blocking or acid-resistant formulations can be selected to match the contents. The surface accepts 1-8 colour gravure printing, and artwork, colour references, matte or gloss finishes can be proofed from supplied files; matching roll film in the same material is also available. Standard capacities are 100ml–5L, while bag dimensions, valve diameter and seal width can be adjusted to your sample or drawing.

Applications include concentrated juice, jam, tomato paste and syrup, along with daily chemical products and industrial additives for liquid packaging. They are commonly used for catering portioning, store refilling and household dispensing. Custom projects follow a set path: brief and sample/artwork confirmation, proofing and version approval, bulk production and shipment. During proofing, valve sealing and print registration are checked.
