The liner uses a clear multi-layer laminate. Once filled, the liquid’s colour and clarity are visible through the bag, and the remaining level can be read at a glance. This makes it a good fit for liquids that are judged by appearance or need a post-fill visual inspection for foreign particles. The bag and dispensing valve are constructed as one unit, forming a bag-in-box once inserted into an outer carton.
With no foil layer blocking the view, the clear film is better suited to liquids that have shorter storage periods or do not require light protection. The key decision is balancing visibility against barrier performance: when a longer shelf life is required, a barrier layer can be incorporated into the laminate while retaining partial transparency. The valve releases product when pressed and stops when released, so dispensing does not require tipping the bag and less air is drawn back in.
Bag dimensions, valve diameter and film structure can be selected to match the filling line and carton format. A printed outer carton is also available. We recommend verifying valve orientation and the filling connector before running a fill test, so the clear film’s appearance with the actual liquid and the seal at the valve can be checked. MOQ and lead time are confirmed against the final specification.
