For coffee, tea and syrup liquid categories, this BIB bag uses a double-seat bottom. Its base is folded and heat-sealed to stand more securely, reducing collapse during filling and stacking. The outlet is a butterfly valve that accepts different neck diameters, opens and closes smoothly, and supports repeated dispensing. The bag has a clean bare-foil exterior with even sealed edges; outlet position and pour direction can be adjusted for filling equipment.

Aluminium foil is combined with food-contact laminate layers to create a high-barrier structure that resists oxygen, light and moisture. Printing uses 1–8 colour rotogravure for brand graphics, colour blocks and batch information. Standard capacities run from 1L to 20L, while bag dimensions, valve type and film thickness can be engineered to order. Sample- and drawing-based customization is supported, and matching roll film in the same material is available.

Typical uses include coffee concentrate, tea base, syrup, juice, sauce and other liquid or semi-liquid products, as well as bulk repacking for restaurant chains and food factories.
