Designed as a practical bulk-liquid package, this BIB pouch features a gusseted stand-up base that keeps the bag upright after filling and makes stacking more stable. Four-side heat sealing creates even, firm seams, and when the bag sits inside an outer carton it helps lower the risk of transport damage. A butterfly valve tap comes as the standard outlet, with flow adjusted by turning the spout; alternative plain spouts or an added leak-proof plug can be specified. Both bag dimensions and valve diameter are adjustable to suit filling equipment and end-user habits, with standard capacities spanning 1L to 20L.

The bag body is usually made from metallized laminated film, including combinations such as PET/AL or PET/VMPET/PE, which balance light blocking, oxygen barrier and flex resistance for liquids that need protection from light and oxidation. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure, producing crisp image layers and consistent colour registration, and it supports full-coverage backgrounds, gradients and detailed graphics. Surface options include transparent, metallized and matte finishes; capacities from 100ml to 20L can all be sampled and confirmed. If you already run a filling line, matching roll film in the same material is also available, so rolls and finished bags share one print style.

Typical applications for these bag-in-box pouches include coffee concentrate, wine, fruit puree, edible oil, soy sauce and vinegar, and they are easy to store and decant when placed in a carton or plastic box.
