Butterfly Valve Bag-in-Box | 1–200 L Wine & Juice BIB with PET/Vacuum Options

This bag-in-box (BIB), also called a drum-in-bag, uses a butterfly valve at the spout and a wine carton as the outer shell. It is built for wine, liquid beverages and food filling, and can be supplied in PET or vacuum constructions. Capacity runs from 1 to 200 L, printing from 1 to 8 colours, with a 10,000 pcs minimum order.

Metallized film, pure aluminium and transparent materials can be combined in the bag structure, while PET can be placed in layers that need strength. During the vacuum process, air is removed before sealing, which limits liquid-to-air contact. Once loaded into the carton drum, the pack holds its shape for stacking and shipping, and the drum wall helps protect the bag from external impact.

Artwork can be printed in 1–8 colours, leaving room for wine labels, flavour details and capacity information. Fitment options cover butterfly valves, oil valves, pointed spouts, tap valves and a hand-carry cardboard carton. At 10,000 pcs MOQ, the carton opening is aligned with the valve, so users can dispense without dismantling the whole box.

Wine and fruit juice drinks are the main applications; the format also fits sauces and syrups with different flow characteristics. After vacuum treatment, the bag clings to the contents, helping reduce movement during transport.
