At the dispensing end, this BIB format relies on a butterfly valve rather than a standard spout. The inner pouch is a bottom-gusseted stand-up bag with strong, even four-side seals and a top carry handle, so once filled it can be lifted and placed into an outer carton. Valve diameter is selected to match the filler and the way the product will be dispensed; the valve is heat-sealed to the pouch and is designed for smooth open/close action, repeated use and leak resistance in transit. Because butterfly valves deliver a wider flow path, they are a better fit than ordinary spouts for high-viscosity liquids and larger-volume liquid food filling.

The pouch is formed from food-grade aluminum foil laminate, with PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/AL/PE as common constructions. Its foil layer provides light, oxygen and moisture barrier, which helps preserve the flavor and color of juice and puree. 1-8 color gravure printing reproduces brand graphics, ingredient declarations and multilingual labels. Standard capacities span 1L to 20L, while bag dimensions, valve size, handle placement and seal width can be tailored to your filling equipment and display requirements.

Applications cover concentrated juice, sea buckthorn juice, prickly pear puree, fruit pulp, syrup, sauces and drinking water, with typical use in food service, beverage shops and export repacking. The customization flow is: confirm volume and valve specification, supply artwork or a physical sample, approve the sample, then move to bulk production. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and operates a Class 10000 clean workshop.
