BIB Liquid Valve Pouch for 1.5L Juice Concentrate & 3L Drinking Water — 100ml–5L Custom

This BIB liquid valve pouch is built for mid-to-large liquid formats such as juice and drinking water. A stand-up body with a widened bottom gusset keeps the pack upright and improves carton stacking stability. The top-mounted food-grade plastic valve connects with common filling equipment, pours smoothly, and seals via a reliable screw cap. Heat-reinforced four-side seals and rounded corners help lower leakage and breakage risks during filling, transit and storage, making the pouch suitable for 1.5L and 3L packs in ambient or chilled distribution.

The pouch body uses food-grade multilayer laminate. Based on the fill and target shelf life, structures such as PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE or NY/PE can be chosen to balance oxygen barrier, light protection and drop resistance. Printing runs on 1–8 colour gravure presses, producing clear image layers, stable registration and optional matte, gloss or spot effects. Standard capacities run from 100ml to 5L; pouch shape, valve diameter, spout style and roll width are all customizable, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.

Common applications include concentrated juice, drinking water, fruit jam, sauces and detergents, along with portioning and distribution for catering, chain stores and e-commerce. Customization follows a clear path: send a sample or drawing, confirm pouch structure, material and print artwork, approve the proof, then start mass production. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10,000 clean workshop; film blowing, printing and bag making are handled in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with delivery scheduled by mutual agreement.
