Spout-outlet BIB packaging combines the leak-tightness of a flexible pouch with the load-bearing strength of an outer carton: liquid is filled into the bag, the bag is placed in the outer box, the box absorbs stacking pressure during transport, and the spout handles pouring at the point of use. This format cuts packaging material and freight cost compared with rigid bottles and jars, while empty bags are easier to recycle. The bag body is made from clear laminate film, keeping the liquid colour and remaining volume visible, which suits juice, concentrate, syrup and liquid seasoning applications where light protection is not essential. A white spout is factory-fitted at the outlet; unscrew it to pour and measure, then recap to keep the remaining contents sealed so the bag does not have to be emptied in one session. Heat-sealed on all four edges, the bag resists folding and pressure and stacks neatly inside standard cartons. Film structure can be selected from clear laminate, metallised or pure foil according to fill volume and shelf-life needs, and the spout type and capacity can be customised for your filling line.
