Bag-in-Box Pouches, 1-220L Aluminum Foil Laminate for Wine, Juice, Coffee

This bag-in-box format pairs a flexible laminated pouch with a corrugated outer carton, so the liquid stays protected from the filling line to the retail shelf. The pouch is built with four-side-seal or pillow-type sealing, with side and bottom seams heat-set for a stable, wrinkle-resistant shape. The spout can be specified as a butterfly valve, stem valve, snap-fit valve or screw cap, and both the filling and dispensing openings can be matched to your existing filling equipment — semi-automatic or fully automatic — for clean flow and low residual volume.

Pouch bodies are made from food-grade laminates, typically PE/EVOH/PE, PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE, where the aluminium foil or metallised layer blocks oxygen and light while the film keeps its toughness from -20°C to 100°C, covering ambient filling, chilled storage and pasteurisation duties. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure, with cylinders engraved to your artwork. Volumes from 1L to 220L are available, and matching roll film can be supplied from the same print run.

Typical applications include wine, juice concentrate, syrup, cold-brew coffee, edible oil and liquid detergents, as well as beverage systems for foodservice chains. Customisation can start from your samples or drawings: we confirm structure and artwork, then produce a pre-production sample before mass runs. Production takes place in our Dongguan plant with a 10,000-class cleanroom, in-house gravure printing and lamination.
