For thicker liquids such as lemon glucose-fructose syrup and flavoured fruit syrups, this aseptic-valve bag-in-box is built around filling steps from 1 L to 15 kg. The spout valve allows repeated dispensing, while the outer carton moves the filled package into storage and distribution with less decanting or repacking.
The pouch body combines aluminium foil with pure aluminium. The aluminium layer provides light, oxygen and moisture barrier protection, helping keep syrup away from light and air during storage. The flexible bag sits firmly inside its carton, and even higher-viscosity contents can flow steadily through the valve for syrup filling lines.
