96oz Screw Cap Connected BIB Bag-in-Box for Coffee & Milk Tea Continuous Filling

Engineered for automated liquid-food filling, this BIB bag-in-box pouch uses a connected bag format. Multiple pouches are linked along a positioning edge, allowing them to move through filling equipment continuously with fewer reload stops. A 96oz screw cap is fitted as standard for smooth opening, closing and dependable sealing; alternative spout or valve sizes can be supplied on request. Four-side seals are flat and uniform, helping the filled pouch stay upright and retain its shape.

The bag is converted from food-grade laminated film. PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE are common structures, with the exact build adjusted for the product being packed and the sterilisation method used. Up to 1–8 colour gravure printing is available on the surface, delivering clear artwork detail and consistent colour for branded packaging. Capacities span 100ml to 20L. Spouts, caps, handles and other fittings can be combined to suit the filling line, and clear, matte or foil effects are optional.

Typical applications include coffee liquid, milk tea, syrups and juice concentrates in catering and food factory batch filling, plus liquid household and personal care products. The custom route is: send a sample or artwork, confirm material and specifications, approve a sample, then move to mass production. Our factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, and operates a Class 10000 clean workshop. We support customisation from samples or drawings, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs. Matching roll film is also available, and production and delivery follow the agreed schedule.
