For household liquid cleaners, this valve pouch is built as a stand-up pack with widened bottom gussets, so it stays upright once filled. The wide-mouth valve on top supports smooth pouring and easy repeated dispensing, while an integrated carry handle or die-cut handle makes lifting more comfortable. Three-side or four-side sealing gives clean, strong edges, and the valve is heat-welded to the pouch with a sealed joint to help minimise leakage and dripping during storage, transport and daily use.
The pouch is made mainly from eco-friendly laminated film. Typical structures combine PE with PA, PET or similar materials to balance flexibility, puncture resistance and liquid barrier performance, and the film layers can be tailored to the formula being packed. Printing is done by 1-8 color gravure, delivering clear image detail and consistent color from run to run, which suits brand key visuals and multi-SKU series. Capacities range from about 1L to 6L; valve diameter, handle style, bag width and bag height can all be adjusted. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.
These pouches are commonly used for laundry detergent, cleaning water, dish soap, disinfectant, care liquids and other household or industrial liquid products, as well as refill formats that need repeated dispensing. Customisation is simple: send a sample, artwork, or your capacity and valve requirements, then we produce a proof for confirmation before bulk production.
