5L Spout-Valve BIB Bag-in-Box for Filling Egg Liquid, Condensed Milk and Syrup

For bulk filling, storage and cold-chain transfer of liquid foods, this BIB bag-in-box is available in stand-up square-bottom or pillow formats. Its four-side seals are reinforced and the corners are rounded, helping the bag keep its shape and resist collapse once placed in a carton or plastic outer box. The outlet can be configured with a single spout, twin spouts, a butterfly valve or a press-button valve. A sealing gasket sits at the connection, supporting steady dispensing even when the package is inverted or stacked, while helping reduce leakage and secondary contamination.

The bag is heat-sealed from multi-layer laminated film. Common structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and PET/NY/PE, with a food-contact PE inner layer for oxygen barrier, moisture barrier and puncture resistance. The outer layer supports 1-8 colour gravure printing, suitable for solid colour blocks, gradients and fine text with strong ink adhesion and fade resistance. Capacities span 100ml to 20L; bag style, spout position and external dimensions can be adjusted according to your drawings.

Typical uses cover pasteurised egg liquid, condensed milk, syrup, jam, juice concentrate, soy sauce, edible oil and liquid seasonings for packaging and refrigerated preservation.
