Built on a stand-up format, the pouch has a gusseted bottom so the filled pack stands securely on a shelf or counter. Four-side seals are flat and strong. A spout or screw-cap valve outlet is positioned at the top; selected versions can also be fitted with a dispensing tap for smooth pouring. The valve reseals after closing, helping reduce drips and leakage during pouring. Bag proportions and outlet placement can be adapted to customer habits, making the pouch suitable for liquid packaging that is opened and closed repeatedly or poured over time.
Laminates are selected to match the contents and sterilization method, with PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and PET/NY/PE among the common structures. The outer layer supports 1-8 colour gravure printing, reproducing artwork, colour blocks and shelf-ready visuals, including full-coverage backgrounds and spot colours. Regular capacities run from 100ml to 5L. Bag dimensions, spout diameter, valve style and seal width are all made to order, and matching roll film in the same material structure can be supplied for filling lines.
These valve pouches are commonly used for juice, concentrates, syrups, edible oil, soy sauce and seasoning sauces, liquid detergents and similar products, in family, catering and in-store decanting formats. Customization starts by confirming material structure and capacity, then sending a sample bag or artwork; after the print proof and sample result are approved, bulk production begins. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop, an MOQ of 10,000 pcs and support for sample- and drawing-based customization, with production and delivery scheduled as agreed.
