Valve-controlled dispensing is the design centre of this collapsible storage bag. The pouch body is made by three-side or four-side sealing and paired with a screw-type valve and a separate guiding tube; the top carry handle is heat-sealed as one piece with the bag. Once filled it can stand upright on its own, and when emptied it folds flat with almost no storage footprint. The valve turns smoothly and holds a reliable seal, so pouring speed stays under control and spills are kept to a minimum — a good fit for liquids that are drawn on repeatedly.
Typical film structures include PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE laminates, with a food-grade heat-seal inner layer. Depending on what will be filled, we can build in oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, or a high-barrier combination, and any capacity between 1L and 10L can be produced. Gravure printing in 1-8 colours gives crisp image detail and consistent colour between batches, and matching roll film in the same structure is available for customers who prefer to fill or slit it themselves.
These bags are widely used for in-car emergency water, self-drive and camping trips, outdoor worksites, emergency stockpiles, and temporary containment of petrol or windshield washer fluid. Both brand owners and factory buyers are welcome to send samples or artwork for custom work.
