5L Bag-in-Box (BIB) with Screw Cap Valve for Liquid Egg, Milk Tea & Coffee Concentrate Transfer

At the dispensing end, a screw cap valve is heat-sealed into the bag, while the bag itself is formed by four-side or pillow sealing. This construction helps prevent leakage through filling, handling and shipping. Once the cap is opened, the contents can be pumped or poured; closing it again helps limit exposure to air, making the format suitable for in-plant transfer and short-haul transport. Valve diameter and bag dimensions can be matched to your filling equipment, and square-bottom or handle-equipped bag styles are available to simplify case packing and manual movement.

The bag structure combines food-grade PE, PET, PA and EVOH in a laminate. Barrier layer and film gauge can be selected according to the filled product. Gravure printing supports 1 to 8 colours, and artwork, colour matching and repeat length are made to your supplied design. Standard volumes cover 100 ml to 5 L, with larger formats available on request. The bag opening can be fitted with a screw cap valve, spout or flying-edge connector, and matching film rolls can be supplied for the same filling and sealing line.
