5L–220L Aseptic Valve Aluminized BIB Bag-in-Box for Fermented Fruit Wine & Liquid Foods

For large-volume liquid packaging, this BIB bag-in-box combines a sealed inner bag with a carton or outer box. All four edges of the bag are heat-sealed, and corners can be rounded or square so the filled bag stays in position inside the box. The outlet can be an aseptic valve, butterfly valve or spout, welded securely to the film to help prevent leakage during filling, transit and dispensing. Valve placement can be adapted to different filling-line layouts and box dimensions.

The bag body uses food-grade aluminized laminated film, commonly in multilayer structures such as PET/VMPET/PE or PA/VMPET/PE, providing oxygen barrier, light protection and flex resistance. Inner layers can be selected according to the acidity of the contents and the filling temperature. Printing is 1–8 colour gravure, giving clear graphics and stable colour reproduction, with options to work from supplied samples or artwork. Capacities include 5L, 10L, 20L and 220L, and matching roll film in the same material can also be provided.

Applications cover fermented fruit wine, concentrated juice, syrup, cooking oil, soy sauce and other liquid foods for storage, transport and end use, as well as beverage bases, dairy products and non-food liquids.
