Available in sock and boot silhouettes, this liquid valve bag uses reinforced heat seals along both side edges. A food-grade valve and spout can be positioned at the top or side, paired with a sealing cap for filling, pouring and repeated closure. The dimensional body stands upright, helping festive wine gift sets and everyday juice packs stand out on shelf.
For construction, food-grade PET, foil, nylon and PE films can be combined into a laminate. This balance of barrier strength and flexibility helps limit oxygen and light exposure that may affect wine flavour. Graphics are produced with 1–8 colour gravure printing, delivering sharp detail and stable hues for Christmas-themed or other seasonal artwork. Standard volumes cover 100ml to 5L; bag shape, dimensions, valve placement and opening style can be adapted to your drawing, and matching roll film in the same materials is also available.
Typical uses include wine, fruit wine, juice, sauces and other liquid foods, often found in holiday gift boxes, supermarket displays and food service. The custom route is simple: send a sample or artwork, confirm material, size and print layout, then proceed to proofing and production. Our factory in Dongguan, Guangdong operates a Class 10000 clean room and completes printing, lamination and bag making in house, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs and delivery against agreed milestones.
