3L Clear Shaped Wine Bag-in-Box Pouch with Butterfly Valve / Wide-Mouth Spout

At the centre of this package is a clear, custom-shaped pouch. A butterfly valve or wide-mouth spout sits at the top, enabling controlled pouring, straightforward filling and repeated closure. The pouch can be made with four-side seals or pillow seals, with rounded corners and an outline tailored to your bottle profile or carton dimensions. The valve or spout is heat-welded to the film, creating a secure connection. Once placed inside a corrugated carton, the pouch becomes a complete bag-in-box dispensing system that supports transport, stacking and end-use pouring; it works for both light-sensitive contents protected by the outer box and products where liquid visibility matters.

Film options usually start with food-grade PE and EVOH multilayer structures. Depending on the fill, PET, NY or AL layers may be used to balance oxygen barrier, flex durability and drop resistance. Gravure printing covers 1-8 colours, including full backgrounds, spot colours and gradients; because the graphics are buried between film layers, they are less prone to scuffing. Capacities span 100ml to 5L, such as 3L wine pouches and 5L fruit wine pouches. Bag width, length, spout diameter and valve model can all be customised, and matching roll film in the same material structure is available.

Typical contents include wine, fruit wine, juice, concentrates, edible oil, soy sauce and other liquid foods, plus household and industrial liquids.
