3L Butterfly Valve BIB Bag-in-Box for High-Barrier Probiotic Drink & Juice Packaging

The construction pairs a flexible inner pouch with a rigid outer carton. The pouch holds the liquid, while the carton gives the pack its shape and structural support. Dispensing is handled by a butterfly valve; a spout format can also be supplied when requested. Pouches are formed using four-side-seal or center-seal methods, and the valve is heat-sealed to the film to create a secure joint. Flow is smooth on pouring and leaves little product behind, making the format suitable for liquids that are dispensed repeatedly and stored over a longer period. Empty bags fold down compactly, saving space in warehousing and transport.

Material build normally combines a food-grade PE inner layer, a high-barrier middle layer, and a PA or PET outer layer. This lamination delivers dependable oxygen and moisture barrier performance, and the film structure can be tailored to the product being filled. Graphics are printed by 1-8 colour gravure, which supports clear detail and consistent registration; custom artwork can be developed from supplied samples or drawings. Standard capacities span 1L to 20L. Bag dimensions and valve placement are made to order, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied alongside the bags.

These bags are commonly chosen for probiotic drinks, fruit juice, milk, syrups, concentrates, sauces and other liquid products. The custom workflow covers requirement discussion, sample or drawing approval, proofing, bulk production and final shipment. Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and operates a Class 10000 clean workshop. Bag making, printing and related converting steps are completed in house.
