Built around larger-volume liquid transfer and storage, this bag-in-box starts with outlet control. A food-grade butterfly valve or spout-style connector can be specified, so when the bag is used with an outer carton, dispensing can happen in a closed setup that reduces air exposure and simplifies filling, transfer and recovery of remaining liquid. The bag has a three-dimensional body with flat, strong four-side seals for resistance to compression and vibration in transit. Optional top hanging holes and tubing ports allow it to fit cartons, returnable crates and drums.
Food-grade PE serves as the inner layer, and it can be laminated with PET, NY or AL films to create a multi-layer structure that balances barrier, flexibility and puncture resistance for neutral and mildly acidic liquids. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure for sharp graphics and consistent colour, with matt, gloss and selective unprinted effects possible. Standard capacities range from 5L to 30L, with 30L commonly selected for liquid transfer; bag dimensions and fitment specifications can be adjusted to match your fill volume.
Typical applications cover herbal jelly liquid, plant extracts, concentrated juice, syrup, edible oil and liquid seasonings during transport or temporary storage, along with industrial liquid transfer. Samples or artwork can be submitted to confirm bag style, outlet and layout, and matching roll film in the same material is available for automated filling lines. Manufacturing is based in Dongguan, Guangdong in a Class 10000 cleanroom, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs and 1-8 colour gravure printing; export orders can be packed and labelled according to destination requirements.
