Product details

This aseptic foil bag-in-box is centred on a 3 L format and closes with a sealed butterfly valve. It is engineered for pressure resistance and burst resistance, making it a practical BIB package for juice and red wine. Capacities range from 1 L to 200 L, printing supports 1–8 colours, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs.

The pouch wall is a laminate of transparent, metallized and pure aluminium layers. Pure aluminium provides the barrier, the metallized layer contributes light blocking, and the transparent layer allows contents to be viewed. After forming, the seals sit flat and the wall retains toughness for cartoning, stacking and outer-carton handling. This durability comes from the selected materials and lamination process, helping the bag withstand content surge on a high-speed filling line.

Printing runs from 1 to 8 colours and can carry the main brand artwork plus filling batch details. Dispensing options include a butterfly valve, oil valve, tap valve, pointed spout and carton, with the fitment chosen according to the product being filled. At a MOQ of 10,000 pcs, the same bag style can serve small-portion packs or be extended to other sizes, with artwork adjusted to match each specification.

Typical use is juice and red wine, and the format also suits jam, seasoning liquids and other liquids that require sealed dispensing. Because juice-type contents are oxygen-sensitive, the aluminium foil layer helps the pouch maintain a more stable internal environment throughout storage.

Kody Packaging manufactures this BIB bag in Dongguan, Guangdong. Sampling can begin once you send a reference bag or drawing. The sample stage checks how the bag format and valve work together before bulk production starts. Different material combinations and accessory models lead to different pricing, which is confirmed against the approved sample.
