25L Butterfly Valve BIB Bag-in-Box | Liquid Storage & Transport Packaging

A bag-in-box system combines a rigid outer carton with a sealed flexible inner pouch. The pouch can be constructed with four-side-seal or pillow-seal edges, and its discharge end is normally equipped with a butterfly valve; a spout or valve connector can be specified instead when needed. Because the butterfly valve has a wide bore, medium- and high-viscosity liquids pour out smoothly. The valve seat is heat-sealed to the pouch for a firm bond that resists leakage during repeated opening and closing. The carton supplies stacking support, while the single-use inner pouch helps eliminate cleaning steps and reduce cross-contamination, making the format suitable for both one-way and turnover filling operations.

Pouch films include PE, PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE multilayer laminates. Barrier layers and inner heat-seal materials are selected according to the liquid being packed. Graphics are produced by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving defined image layers and consistent registration; custom layouts based on supplied artwork or physical samples are accepted. Common capacities are 5L, 10L, 20L and 25L, while bag style, valve diameter, port location and carton dimensions can be adapted to your filling line. Matching roll film in the same material structure is also available.

Typical uses cover juice, concentrates, edible oils, soy sauce, syrups, sauces and certain chemical liquids, plus bulk ingredient batching in catering and food processing. The customization workflow begins with requirement discussion, followed by sample and material confirmation, proof approval, mass production, inspection and shipment.
