For mid-to-large volumes of liquid ingredients that face secondary contamination risks in long-haul transport and warehousing, this 220L aseptic inner bag isolates the product from the drum wall and outside air. Its body uses a metallised high-barrier composite film and, after irradiation sterilisation, meets food-grade aseptic requirements; it can be loaded into steel drums, IBC totes or board cartons for direct shipment. An aseptic valve or quick-couple valve at the neck allows pumping without opening the bag, cutting air exposure and keeping any remaining material sealed for temporary storage. It is designed for concentrated juice, syrup, liquid egg, edible oil, sanitiser and other medium-to-large liquid raw materials.
