The 220 L aseptic pouch is built for storing and moving large liquid volumes. One pouch handles a 200 kg-class fill, uses a metallized construction, and is usually placed inside a steel drum. Combining the flexible pouch with the outer drum gives the pack transport strength plus an inner barrier, making it suitable for bulk concentrate, fruit pulp, cooking oil and similar liquids in transfer and export operations.

The pouch body is a laminate of metallized film and other layers. The aluminium layer limits light and oxygen exposure to help slow content oxidation, while the inner layer forms the heat seal and is the layer in contact with the product. Because a large pouch has long seal lines, temperature, pressure and dwell time need to be balanced evenly; corners and seams are where seal integrity matters most.

This item is customised to the 220 L format, matching a 200 kg fill weight, and is supplied with a steel drum as the outer package. The pouch mouth, inlet and outlet connections, and how they align with the drum opening, can be set according to the customer's filling and discharge equipment.
