20L Transparent Drop-Resistant Bag-in-Box (BIB) for Olive Oil, Syrup and Juice

For large-volume liquid packaging, this 20L bag-in-box pairs a transparent inner bag with a corrugated outer box, so remaining liquid stays visible during storage and use. The bag is formed with four-side heat sealing for a firm structure that resists collapsing. A spout or butterfly valve can be fitted at the top for smooth, controlled dispensing. With the box in place, it provides drop-resistant and pressure-resistant performance during stacking and transport, making it suitable for convenience stores, food service kitchens and fast connection on filling or dispensing lines.

The bag body combines food-grade PE with multilayer laminated film. Its inner layer is suitable for direct contact with edible liquids, while the outer layer can be clear or matte. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, allowing brand marks, volume scales and usage instructions. Bag style, spout diameter and film width can be customised, with capacities such as 5L, 10L and 20L; matching roll film in the same material is also available. We accept customisation based on samples or artwork.

Typical applications include packaging and transfer of edible oil, syrup, juice, concentrate and sauce, as well as liquid dispensing for restaurant chains, food processing and daily chemical lines.
