20L Aseptic Valve BIB with PE/EVOH Film for Probiotic Beverage and Jam Filling

Designed for transferring and dispensing liquid foods and industrial concentrates, this bag-in-box pouch is made in four-side-seal or back-seal styles with consistent seal widths and reliable compression and drop performance. The pouch mouth accepts an aseptic valve or spouted outlet, heat-sealed directly to the bag body. Once placed in an outer carton, it supports closed filling and measured dosing while reducing the chance of secondary contamination after opening. Handle, hanger-hole and flat-bottom stand-up formats are also available for different carton sizes, drums and filling lines.

The bag body uses multilayer PE/EVOH/PA film, with barrier and inner heat-seal layers adjustable to the contents, balancing acid and alkali resistance, low-temperature performance and puncture resistance. Printing is 1-8 colour gravure and can include solid backgrounds, spot colours and gradients; we proof from supplied artwork or physical samples. Standard volumes span 5L to 25L, and 1L or 3L options can be arranged for specific filling lines. Same-material roll film is available for customers who make bags themselves.

Common applications include storage, shipping and inline filling of probiotic fermented beverage concentrate, concentrated juice, jam, dairy, syrup and seasoning liquids, as well as temporary transfer within food plants. Customisation starts with a sample or drawing; after confirming pouch type, valve, capacity and print layout, we proceed to proofing and bulk production. The factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, operates a Class 10000 clean workshop, and completes film blowing, printing and bag making in house.
