1L–20L Butterfly Valve Bag-in-Box for Sterile Liquid Filling | Food-Grade PE Laminated Film

Engineered for sealed filling and export transport of liquid foods, this butterfly valve bag-in-box combines a four-side-sealed or pillow-style bag with a securely heat-sealed fitment. It works with corrugated cartons or reusable plastic crates to create a complete BIB packaging system. The butterfly valve opens and closes smoothly and shuts off cleanly for drip-free dispensing after filling, while stacked boxes and cold-chain transport remain easy to manage. Because the bag film is transparent, fill level and product condition can be checked at a glance.

Food-grade PE serves as the core material, and it can be laminated with PET, NY or aluminium foil to create multilayer structures. These structures balance oxygen barrier, light protection and flex resistance for ambient or chilled storage. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, enabling custom logos, artwork, size markings and multilingual copy with saturated colours and stable registration. Standard capacities run from 1L to 20L, and bag dimensions, valve diameter and film thickness can be tailored to the liquid's density and fill volume.

Common applications include baby and mother mineral water, juice drinks, concentrates, edible oil, soy sauce and vinegar, and dairy liquids, as well as bottled water delivery and foodservice supply chains. The process begins with your requirements and sample or artwork; after the structure and print file are confirmed, we move to sampling and then bulk production.
