10L Liquid Transport Bag-in-Box: Metallized High-Barrier BIB with Dispensing Valve

This BIB pack combines a flexible inner pouch with an outer carton. The pouch can be made with four-side seal or centre seal construction, using flat, strong seals that tolerate stacking and transport pressure after filling. Depending on use, the top panel can be fitted with a dispensing valve, spout or connector; the valve opens and closes smoothly and seals reliably, enabling on-demand dispensing through tea brewers, water dispensers and similar equipment. Pouch formats include three-dimensional, pillow and handle-style options, and valve diameter and position can be adjusted to match the customer’s machine connection for easier bulk transfer and end-point dispensing.

The pouch body is produced from food-grade multilayer laminate. A common structure is PET/VMPET/PE metallized high barrier, while PET/AL/PE foil laminate is also available to improve oxygen, moisture and light resistance for medium- to long-term storage. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure, delivering clear graphic detail and dependable ink adhesion for brand logos, usage instructions and barcodes. Capacities cover 5L to 20L, with 10L, 15L and 20L among the frequently selected sizes; film thickness, valve type and outer carton material can all be specified to suit the project.

Typical liquid food uses include mineral water, tea brewer water supply, drinking water, juice, syrup, edible oil and other liquid foods during transfer, transport and storage. For customization, send a sample, artwork or specification sheet, approve a pre-production sample, and then move into bulk production. The factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, and operates a Class 10000 cleanroom, completing film blowing, printing, pouch making and leak testing in house. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, making this suitable for long-term cooperation with foodservice, beverage and export trade customers.
