Engineered as a corrugated carton around an aseptic composite inner bag, this BIB format gives liquids a stable square pack for stacking and freight. Once the inner bag is filled, it is placed inside the carton; the butterfly valve—or snap valve option—allows pouring without return flow. As the bag empties, it collapses with the liquid level, cutting air contact and letting wine, juice or concentrate be served in portions over a longer period after opening.
The inner bag is a PET/AL/NY/PE multilayer structure. The AL layer blocks light and oxygen to help protect flavour and colour; the NY layer adds flexibility and drop resistance; the PE layer serves as the heat-seal layer. Standard capacities run from 1L to 20L, while bag volume, valve style and carton size can be tailored to your project.
Branding can be applied to the carton in single-colour printing, while print work supports 1–8 colours; the outer shipping carton can also be made to meet transport requirements. Typical uses include red wine, white wine, fruit juice, coffee concentrate and syrup, especially in foodservice and beverage supply channels.
