Pairing a press pump head with a stand-up pouch body, this pack stays upright for shelf display and repeated dispensing. The pouch can be built with three-side or four-side seals, and each seal is heat-pressed to form a flat, strong joint. The valve opening is matched to the pump specification, so liquid flows smoothly and reseals tightly after use, helping reduce leakage and oxidation. It is a practical format for liquid soap, sanitiser and hand gel.
Film choices include PET/PE, PA/PE and PET/AL/PE laminates, with the barrier layer and thickness adjustable to the fill. The outer layer supports 1-8 colour gravure printing, producing clear artwork, consistent colour and fine detail in small type and gradients. Standard capacities run from 100ml to 5L. Bag style, pump head and spout can be combined to order, and matching roll film in the same material is available for continuous filling lines.
Typical uses sit in household care, hygiene and personal care: hand wash, 75% alcohol sanitiser, waterless hand gel, shampoo and lotion.
