For food-service chains and food factories sourcing bulk ingredients, this bag-in-box spans 1L to 20L. Typical uses include jam, juice concentrate and milk base for tea shops, plus sauces, liquid egg, cooking oil and syrup handled in central kitchens. Once filled, the aseptic cap creates a secure seal; paired with hot-fill processing, it allows ambient transport and storage without a cold chain.
Inside, the bag uses a multi-layer co-extruded high-barrier film that delivers a stable barrier against oxygen and moisture. The aseptic cap's double-seal design lets an opened package be dispensed from repeatedly over a long period while limiting impact on the remaining contents. A wide-mouth cap supports fast filling-line speeds and direct pouring at store level. The bag has rounded, reinforced corners, and even a full 20L bag passes drop testing without rupturing.
Outside, a corrugated colour carton can be printed with brand and product details and used directly as an in-store display unit; handle and easy-open features are also possible. Customisation covers volume, cap type (aseptic or wide-mouth), inner-film barrier grade, carton dimensions and printed layout. We support custom work from drawings or samples, offer free proofing, and can send sample bags first for filling trials.
