1–200 L Double-Layer BIB Liquid Bag | Transparent Aluminium Foil, Valve/Spout, Automatic Filling

Built for automatic filling of clear and coloured liquids from 1–200 L, this bag-in-box uses a double-layer inner bag. A valve is positioned at the bag opening, with a spout fitment available as an option. Printing covers 1–8 colours and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs.

The double-layer design splits the jobs: the outer layer adds rigidity, while the inner layer handles sealing and contact with the contents. Materials can combine transparent material, aluminium foil and pure aluminium; the transparent section allows visual inspection, and the foil section improves barrier performance. After filling, the valve or spout fitment closes the pack for dispensing. With both layers supporting each other, a full bag stands more upright and creases less when packed into a carton.

Printing ranges from 1 to 8 colours, with artwork made to the customer's drawing. Accessories include a valve, butterfly valve, oil valve, tap valve and pointed spout valve; the spout fitment can be adjusted to suit an automatic filling line interface. At a 10,000 pcs minimum, buyers can purchase the bag alone and pair it with their own filling equipment.

The format is used mainly for portioning clear liquids and a variety of beverages, and it also suits liquid packaging for sauces, syrups and cleaning solutions. When clear and coloured liquids share the same bag format, only the printed artwork needs to be changed.

Produced by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong, this item can be sampled once a reference bag or drawing is provided. Bag structure, valve type and spout fitment affect the price, so quotations are calculated from the sample; bulk production starts after sample approval, and repeat orders follow the same structural parameters.
