1–200 L BIB Bag-in-Box with Butterfly Valve — Pure Aluminum, Metallized and Clear Layers for Wine, Juice and Beverage Packaging

Built as a drum-in-bag system, this BIB pouch dispenses via a butterfly valve and is housed in an outer carton drum. It serves wine, liquid beverage and food packaging, with an option for vacuum PET juice bag production. Sizes run from 1 L to 200 L; print colours span 1–8, and orders start at 10,000 pcs.

The pouch combines pure aluminium, metallized and transparent layers in sequence. Pure aluminium provides the stronger barrier, metallized material handles light blocking, and the clear layer lets users check how much liquid remains. The soft bag sits inside the carton drum; once filled, the valve faces outward so liquid flows out when dispensed. Because the bag stays against the drum wall, it is less likely to shift during transport.

Artwork can be printed in 1–8 colours and planned as a series. Accessories include a butterfly valve, oil valve, tap valve and a cardboard outer carton with handle; the choice depends on the contents and how the pack will be carried. With a 10,000 pcs minimum, different flavours in the same series can use one carton size.

Typical applications include wine, juice and drinks, as well as portioning food liquids such as sauces and seasoning liquids. After sealing, the pouch is isolated from outside air, helping the contents stay in a more stable condition through transport and storage.
