Drive section: an AC motor paired with a frequency inverter powers the roll-slitting material feed, delivering stable acceleration and deceleration.
Central control unit: programmable central control allows multiple sizes to be preset on the same shaft, with automatic switching between cutting specifications.
Operator interface: a 10-inch LCD touch screen lets users set various roll-slitting conditions directly and monitor the machine's running status in real time.
Motor control system: the central control system uses a PLC programmable controller; multiple sizes can be set on the same shaft, and the cutting width is automatically adjusted during cutting based on the preset size and quantity.
Roll-slitting positioning system: Mitsubishi servo motors handle control, precision ball screws perform dimensional positioning, and linear guide rails support the blade holder, ensuring accurate and smooth positioning.
Blade feed positioning system: Mitsubishi servo motors also control the blade feed method, enabling a human-like three-stage speed feed for roll slitting, which improves efficiency and helps maintain quality.
Circular blade angle adjustment: Mitsubishi servo motors calculate the circular blade's angle rotation so different materials can use different angles (adjustment range: ±8°). If the cutting plane is poor, the cutting angle can be changed directly, reducing blade changes and increasing production efficiency.
Automatic roll changing device: a cylinder drives the positioning teeth, and a movable spline handles transmission, ensuring fast and accurate roll changes; roll changes can also be done without stopping the machine, saving loading/unloading downtime and improving production efficiency.
Quick shaft changing device: the machine offers three types of cutting shafts and uses a quick shaft changing method to meet different material requirements.
