25 kg Flour Side-Loading Robot: 850 Bags/Hour and ≥99% Bag Placement Success

For 25 kg large-bag flour packing, the fully automatic side-loading robot delivers up to 850 bags per hour and handles both standard laminated woven bags and non-laminated woven bags. Its bag picking and bag placing success rate is ≥99%, while labeling success is ≥99.5%. The line includes a bag receiving mechanism, bag inserting mechanism, conveying mechanism, automatic tag feeding mechanism, edge-folding and bag-sewing mechanism, and electrical control section. The bag receiving mechanism tidies and straightens the mouth of filled bags discharged from the packaging scale, preparing them for downstream operations. The bag inserting/conveying mechanism keeps the bag mouth straight as filled bags move forward, and the conveying mechanism itself is a belt conveyor.

The belt conveyor works with the bag inserting mechanism to move filled bags smoothly to the edge-folding and bag-sewing mechanism, and its speed must match the bag inserting mechanism. The edge-folding and bag-sewing mechanism uses Newlong's edge folding machine, sewing head, and upright column, with a maximum extreme speed of 12 m/min. The electrical control section relies on Siemens PLC and touch screen for control elements, plus Schneider low-voltage components for electrical drives, helping ensure control precision across the complete packaging line. An automatic tag feeding mechanism is also part of the equipment structure.

This mechanism is a belt conveyor. It works with the bag inserting mechanism to smoothly convey full packaging bags to the edge-folding and bag-sewing mechanism, and its speed needs to remain consistent with the bag inserting mechanism.

Automatic tag feeding mechanism: included as part of the equipment structure.

Edge-folding and bag-sewing mechanism: handles the edge folding and sewing process.

This mechanism consists of Newlong's edge folding machine, bag sewing head and upright column. Maximum extreme speed: 12 m/min.

Electrical control part: responsible for line-wide control.

The control elements of the electrical control part adopt Siemens PLC and touch screen. The electrical drive products use Schneider low-voltage components. This can fully guarantee the control precision of the entire packaging line.
