Daily Maintenance for Packaging Machines: Operation, Cleaning, and Lubrication Essentials

Packaging equipment should be run by designated operators who are familiar with startup and bag-making procedures and able to make basic instrument adjustments and parameter changes. Mechanical instrument commissioning personnel must receive strict training from the Yujie manufacturer, and they need to understand instrument performance, working procedures, operating modes, operating status, and common troubleshooting. Unauthorized personnel are strictly prohibited from operating the computer instruments. In daily maintenance, keep the computer instrument box clean and dry inside and out, regularly check the wiring terminals for looseness or detachment, and ensure that electrical and air circuits remain unobstructed.

Regularly add oil to lubricate the gear meshing points, the oil holes of the pillow block bearings, and all moving parts of the packaging machine. When adding lubricating oil, be careful not to drip oil onto the drive belt, which could cause slipping, lost rotation, or aging and damage to the belt.
