Compulsory Liquidation Notice Issued for Nanning Rongteng Carton Packaging Co., Ltd.; Claim Deadlines Set

On August 9, 2021, the Civil Trial Division of the Liangqing District Court in Nanning, Guangxi, issued the Compulsory Liquidation Announcement for Nanning Rongteng Carton Packaging Co., Ltd.

Pursuant to the civil ruling (2020) Gui 0108 Qing Shen No. 1 issued on November 2, 2020 by the People's Court of Liangqing District, Nanning, the court accepted the application by Zheng Wuxia and Li Rongjie for compulsory liquidation of Nanning Rongteng Carton Packaging Co., Ltd. (hereafter Rongteng Company). In addition, under decision (2021) Gui 0108 Qiang Qing No. 1, Guangxi Guimeng Law Firm was appointed as the liquidation group of Rongteng Company. The following matters are hereby announced to all creditors and debtors:

1. Creditors of Rongteng Company shall declare their claims to the liquidation group within 30 days from the date they receive the claim declaration notice; if no notice is received, they shall file within 45 days from the date of this announcement. When declaring claims, creditors must explain the nature, amount, cause of formation and other relevant matters and provide supporting materials. Claims not yet due shall be deemed due and repaid according to law in the compulsory liquidation procedure. Interest-bearing claims shall cease to bear interest as of the date the court accepts the compulsory liquidation application, and creditors shall submit a written calculation method.
2. Debtors or property holders of Rongteng Company shall repay debts or deliver property to the liquidation group within 30 days from the date of this announcement.
