Technical exchange meetings:

During the exhibition, the organizing committee will assist exhibitors in holding technical exchange lectures in the venue's meeting rooms. The content is set by the enterprises themselves; the fee is 8,000 yuan per session, each session lasts 60 minutes and accommodates 60-80 people. Enterprises invite their own audiences, while the organizing committee assists with organization. Please submit the lecture title, content and speaker's name to the organizing committee before June 15, 2020. Technical exchange sessions are limited and will close once full.

1. Booth fees and arrangements: the exhibition offers both standard booths and raw space, and exhibitors can choose according to their needs.

Standard booth fees:

International brand zone: 30,000 yuan/(9 sqm)

Note: increased fascia display height plus company logo and national flag of the country concerned; one round table and two leather chairs are added; built with square aluminum material in a custom-built style.

Premium display zone: 21,800 yuan/(9 sqm)

Note: increased fascia display height plus company logo and corporate promotional backlit adhesive (graphic content provided by the enterprise); one round table and two leather chairs are added. This configuration includes booth backlit adhesive, so customers only need to bring exhibits and promotional materials for display.

Domestic zone: 13,000 yuan/9 sqm

Standard booths include carpet, partitions, a company name fascia board, one consultation table, two chairs, two spotlights and one power socket.

For special electricity use, please explain in advance; charges are separate.

Raw space fees: international zone 3,200 yuan/sqm; domestic zone 1,300 yuan/sqm (minimum rental 36 sqm).

Raw space does not include any exhibition racks or facilities. To ensure the construction quality of the 2020 cippe Petrochemical Exhibition, exhibitors should choose the builder designated by the organizer to build their booths; no construction company other than the designated builders may enter the venue.

1. Conference fee: 1,200 yuan/person (including exhibition materials, lunch, water, dinner, gifts, etc.).
2. Conference arrangements: two months before the exhibition, the organizing committee will send the Exhibitor Manual (covering schedule arrangements, exhibit transport, hotel reception, catalogue editing, booth construction and other matters) to each exhibitor by email or post.
