Separation Fresh-Keeping Packaging Enters Mass Production as Gaishi Technology's Xianle Cap Super Factory Starts Up in Xianning

Gaishi Technology (Xianning) Co., Ltd. has staged a ceremony in the Xianning High-tech Zone to celebrate the start of production at its Xianle Cap Super Factory and the launch of its SUPER YOUNG fresh-brew beverage. With the plant now up and running, Xianning gains yet another benchmark enterprise in the high-activity healthy beverage space — one that folds core technology, large-scale manufacturing and brand operation into a single operation.

The smart factory carries a total investment of RMB 200 million and a planned annual capacity of 120 million bottles. Investment was introduced by Xianning Jingui Industrial Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), and the project ranks as a key investment promotion item for the Xianning High-tech Zone.

Counting from last October's ground-breaking, Gaishi Technology needed only one year to complete a 12,000-square-meter smart factory and move into formal production. Built around an integrated line pairing Xianle Caps with aseptic cold filling, the plant automates the full sequence — ingredient blending, aseptic filling, cap welding and finished-product packaging. Output value is expected to hit RMB 20 million this year and an estimated RMB 360 million once full capacity is achieved.

Gaishi Technology positions itself as a global provider of total solutions for separated fresh-keeping packaging. Over ten years it has stayed focused on this core fresh-keeping packaging track, accumulating more than RMB 20 million in R&D spending, securing over 60 Chinese patents and filing more than 20 international patents across over 20 countries and regions. Its flagship Xianle Cap applies ultrasonic welding to form a full-molecular-chain seal that keeps active freeze-dried powder completely separated from the liquid during storage. Before drinking, “one press and one shake, ready in three seconds,” while active substances are retained at a rate above 95% — with no preservatives required. According to the company, this is the only low-cost, bottle-ready, mix-on-cap solution in China that can be applied at scale and stably in freeze-dried tea, freeze-dried coffee, probiotics and pharmaceutical fields, and it has already forged deep strategic cooperation with leading domestic beverage brands.

On the product side, two lines are being prioritized: a fresh-brew osmanthus green brick tea and a fresh-brew ergothioneine anti-aging beverage. The former links Xianning's two signature agricultural products — osmanthus and green brick tea — with modern freshness-locking technology, steering the tea and osmanthus industries toward deep processing and brand upgrading. The latter enters the big-health anti-aging segment under the “SUPER YOUNG” brand.

Today the fresh-brew technology already empowers categories spanning coffee, matcha, Huangjing (Polygonatum) and Dendrobium, and the company has worked with partners including Moon Biotech and Yunnan Lichun to roll out new items such as the AKK postbiotic fresh-brew drink and a fresh-brew Dendrobium wellness drink.

Speaking at the event, investor Xianning High-Tech Investment Group called the investment in Gaishi Technology “not only a choice of capital, but also a strategic resonance,” pointing to three considerations: the technology barrier, since separated freshness-locking packaging tackles at the root the industry pain points that make active substances hard to preserve and zero-additive formulations hard to deliver in conventional beverages; the founding team, which has devoted ten years to this niche track and pairs technical depth with entrepreneurial commitment; and the track's prospects, because healthy beverages align with Xianning's blueprint of building a “World Capital of Beverages.”

Gaishi Technology said it will take root in Xianning and use technology to empower three local industries — Chibi green brick tea, Xian'an osmanthus and Chongyang Huangjing — while continuing to serve frontier synthetic-biology ingredients as they move into mass consumer scenarios. The company pledged to integrate deeply into Xianning's “one bottle of water” industrial development agenda, proactively shoulder social responsibility, drive local employment, cultivate industry talent and gather upstream and downstream resources, thereby helping local specialty industry chains upgrade in quality.

The event also featured a group signing ceremony for strategic partners, with more than ten companies — among them China Tea Hubei, Yangloudong Tea Industry, Moon Biotech and Lichun Freeze-Dried Foods — signing on site, followed by a factory tour and new product tasting.

In the future, Xianning High-Tech Investment Group will continue to leverage the resource, funding and credit strengths of its state-owned capital platform, providing all-round support in industrial matchmaking, policy coordination and capital operations to help Gaishi Technology become a brand-new calling card for Xianning's beverage industry.
