The session was chaired by Liu Yiping, Deputy General Manager of Beijing Keyin Media & Culture Co., Ltd. After a performance, the opening ceremony officially began. Chang Xiaoxia, Assistant General Manager of China Cultural Industry Development Group and General Manager of Beijing Keyin Media & Culture Co., Ltd., delivered opening remarks and introduced the demonstration. Chen Xiaofeng, Member of the Party Leadership Group of the Pingyang County People's Government, Secretary and Director of the Management Committee of the Pingyang Binhai Sub-area of the Zhejiang Industrial Agglomeration Zone, and Cai Xifu, Director of Zhongde Group and General Manager of Zhejiang Zhengrui Machinery Co., Ltd., then gave welcome speeches. They welcomed upstream and downstream players in the paper packaging industry chain to gather in Pingyang for the demonstration and hoped attendees would exchange views fully, reach cooperation, strengthen their enterprises, and make the trip worthwhile.

In the afternoon, accompanied by a passionate band performance, the Paper Packaging Full Industry Chain Carnival officially began. To help attendees participate better, host Li Xin of Xiaoxiang Zhihe

introduced the demonstrations and displays in each area and explained the afternoon schedule and activity rules in detail.
