2019 China International Paper Packaging All-Round Forum (CIPP 2019) Opens in Wenzhou: 500+ Industry Professionals Discuss Paper Packaging's Green, Smart, Creative and Connected Future

On October 17, the 2019 China International Paper Packaging All-Round Forum and Paper Packaging Full Industry Chain Solution Demonstration, or CIPP, opened at the Shangri-La Hotel Wenzhou. The forum was guided by the Printing and Printing Equipment Industries Association of China and the Printing Technology Association of China, hosted by the China Academy of Printing Technology, Beijing Keyin Media & Culture Co., Ltd. and Zhongde Group, and organized by Keyin Media's Printing Technology magazine. Tiancen (Huawei) Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Huayue Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Jinbao Machinery Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Zhengrui Machinery Co., Ltd. initiated the event, Xiaoxiang Zhihe served as strategic partner, and the Zhejiang Provincial Printing Technology Association, Wenzhou Printing Technology Association and Cangnan County Printing and Packaging Industry Association offered strong support.

CIPP 2019

The event drew strong attention from China's paper packaging industry and focused on

four themes: Green, Smart, Creative and Interconnected. Through a large high-end forum, on-site demonstrations of full-industry-chain paper packaging solutions and special on-site trading offers, it built a platform for in-depth exchange and dialogue across the paper packaging supply chain, covering the newest and hottest industry topics, sharing transformation and development experience, and helping attendees gain a more comprehensive and visual understanding of new technologies, expand their thinking and find optimal solutions.

The forum lasted two days. On day one, the large high-end forum brought together more than 500 participants, including association leaders, paper packaging company representatives from across China, paper packaging supplier representatives and well-known brand representatives, to jointly discuss innovation-driven development in the paper packaging industry.

Wang Lijie, Deputy General Manager of Beijing Keyin Media & Culture Co., Ltd., opened with the Keyin Report, Analysis of China's Paper Packaging Industry Trends. A signature Keyin Media product, the Keyin Report has long delivered continuing research across multiple fields, such as Analysis and Outlook of China's Printing E-commerce and Survey Report on Flexographic Printing Installations in China. At this forum, Wang used solid data to systematically review printing industry and paper packaging industry trends, noting that paper packaging printing is entering a phase of volatility and polarization, with polarization intensifying. She examined regional development, printing company development and market changes, and put forward five suggestions for the future growth of paper packaging companies, offering fresh inspiration and reflection to attendees.

In the Smart•Power session, Wang Lianbiao, China Sales General Manager of German company KBA, shared a presentation titled Innovative Technology Drives Printing into a New Smart Era. He said the future belongs to printing: glass, metal, sensors, batteries and almost everything else can be printed, and KBA's innovative technologies will drive this change.
